- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water (for flowing icing)
Put icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl. No sifting is required, unless it’s very lumpy.
Pour in water and mix until even.
Pour all at once over the cake. Quickly spread evenly, allowing it to flow over the sides.
Allow icing to cool completely before touching it for further decoration.
